I am really enjoying the upgrades you have made to FUMP 5.01, thank you and your timely technical support is much appreciated too.

I am using Follow Up Mailing Processor Pro for the past 3 months. It was an excellent software on the internet. The interface is simple to use but very powerful. The messages are sent within a minute. It has got quite a lot of features. A company, who is in need of a mailing list script, can surely buy this script.

After I read your email autoresponder and mailing list processor products, I knowing this is the GREAT Auto responder script that all webmaster must have. Your autoresponder script can do all that webmaster want.

I have used other mailing list programs to communicate with my database but FUMP is by far the best. It gives me total control of my database and doesn't cost me a monthly fee to a auto responder service.

Anyone who needs an autoresponder software should definitely get FUMP. The software is great and the service provided by support are more then anyone could ask.

I've been using Follow-up Mailing-list Processor for years, but this latest version is the best yet. The interface keeps gettgin cleaner and easier to understand, and everything just gets better and better with each new version. Remember life before PCs and microwaves? I don't know how anyone lives without their own FUMP.

I would like to submit 2 testimonials. One for the FUMP program and another for Technical Support.

FUMP is easy to install.
If you're an amateur at cgi scripts like I am, you will appreciate the thorough, easy-to-understand instructions and flawless installation. I could tell immediately that FUMP is a very well written script.

FUMP is easy to use.
Even though this script is chock full of features, the admin panel is not overwhelming and confusing. There are features that are cutting edge and unique that are extremely useful but at the same time there are no frilly wasteful, useless features bogging down the script or wasting your time. The headings and categories are very organized and easy to read. There are a few spelling/grammar errors but never anywhere that "matters" and never so bad that you can't understand exactly what's going on.

FUMP does not show its brand to your customers
This was very important to me so I thought I'd mention it.

FUMP processes bounced emails!!
I am not kidding! If you have ever used programs such as ACT for your databases, you know that, not only does ACT literally suck at sending emails, but there is no way of processing bounced emails. You can literally get your website blacklisted by not removing invalid email addresses from your database when they bounce. FUMP takes care of all that. You can choose how to process hard and soft bounces and FUMP does the rest. This is my favorite feature.

FUMP is fast.
I used to have to literally baby-sit my mass emails with ACT. 6000 emails would take at least 12 hours to send. I was forced to use my ISP's SMTP server to send the emails; making the headers suspicious to spam filters. Now, with FUMP, it takes 10 minutes to send an email, I create an message with the easy to use editor, click BROADCAST and walk away. The headers on my emails reflect a legitimate source and I just couldn't be happier.

FUMP processes unsubscribers professionally.
I used to have to tell people to send me an email and request to be removed from my mailing list, then search my database to remove them manually. FUMP offers an unsubscribe link you can place in your messages, when someone clicks it, it removes them automatically and lets you know who unsubscribed. The link your customers see looks like you pay alot of money for mailing list management.

I realize my testimonial is getting pretty long. There are a ton more things I could say about the features of FUMP but I'm going to move onto talking about Technical Support.

Sellwide Technical Support is simply wonderful.
I have had many questions and made many suggestions and, quite frankly, have been quite a burden taking up alot of Konstantin's time with a special circumstance. He has never flinched once. His response times are lightning fast, he has never wavered from complete professionalism and he has gone way out of his way to help me with everything I've asked for. At first the price made me sceptical, it seemed too cheap, but I took a risk and purchased FUMP from them after asking them several questions day via email for at least a week.

Your support and help in completing this install has been great. Sellwide's response to my questions and issues is prompt and the answers work. This is what makes good customer support.

I work on the internet all day, all night . I buy things all the time as well as sign up for services every day for me or my clients.

Whenever trying out a new source of tools, scripts or guides I'm always cautious. I wonder will I get my product? Will they help me as promised? Will they refund my money like they guaranteed?

Without even spending a dime I wrote to Sellwide to ask them a few questions regarding a similar script I purchased. I won't go into the problem but Konstantin Ursaloff got a 10/10 for customer support. It wasn't even his product that he was helping me with!

Right now I'm going to purchase the new FUMP and maybe some other tools. I'll post my response later.

I am very impressed with the response time for a basic question I submitted. I found this product being sold by another individual, but have had poor luck with his help. I want to thank you for the great support you've given me the last couple days. At first I thought there was a problem with the FUMP product because it stopped running completely. You were helpful in getting me to upgrade, for no charge, to the new release, which helped a little, but still there was a problem.

It turned out that the problem was with my server's hard disk, it was causing performance problems, and it caused the MySQL tables for FUMP to become corrupted. Now that's all fixed and your script runs as good as ever.

I certainly appreciate the quick responses to my support requests, and the help in getting the corrupted tables back in order.

I have tried every other system, and this is the only one that realy does the job.Easy to setup, change settings, send messages - and the new version is even better!

make sure everything was working properly. Your support for your product is

Installation FUMP v4.18 was easy when following directions. I needed to enter the database location and allow items to be created as my server, by default, prohibits things that are not specifically allowed.

I have no problems recommending FUMP.
I have looked through a few options and found that this is, for me, the best I have seen on the market.
Although i am just setting it up with a new website, I am impressed with the ease of install and features it has.
And the price is great value. I also like the fact that it can import and export email addresses and has an easy to use interface.
What is also important to me is customer service and support and when I had a problem with something (purely my ignorance), Konstantin sorted it out immediately.
You can also add that I like the fact that it uses a MySql database for storage.

I am most likely, the biggest impatient newbie around. I want to simply install programs/scripts without having to learn alot of programing that I did not go to school for. I have installed the Mailing List Processor 4.0 in very little time. All I had to do is change the perl path and permissions and then when to install.cgi and entered the required information. Bingo! It's up and running and I am so proud of myself.

Let me mention that I had purchased a similar program (with less features) from another vendor for twice the dollar amount and had alot of trouble with the installation. Once I have my new websites completed, I will have no problem in promoting a product that I can believe in.

It's an incredible piece of software. I was looking for the right script to automate my mailing list and spent a considerable time analysing, testing and evaluating similar mailing list processor scripts. One with follow up autoresponders are hard to find or are expensive.

I tried the Lite version of this script first, it worked great but I needed some of the added features of the Pro version so I purchased that as well. It took me a very short time to put the mailing list on full autopilot.

Now my newsletter subscribers just sign up, get automatic confirmations on subscribe and unsubscribe, the script follows up on them as often I choose to and everythng runs on autopilot. Great job, great script.

Great Software! I just upgraded from the lite version to the Pro Version and I am excited to get it up and working. I am putting a Restaurant Directory together that will send auto daily discounts to each restaurants database. This software will definitely cut time and effort on my data-entry people.
